A letter exchange between my two favourite childhood toys, Ducky and Bunny, reflecting on the things we left behind as we grow older.
Things We Left Behind is an exploration of the changes that follow as we grow up. In the letters, my two childhood toys, Ducky and Bunny, bond over the acceptance that I don’t need them anymore. Our values and interests change as we enter different stages of our lives, often leaving certain possessions, people, habits and other aspects of life behind. Though we might have moved on in our lives, we will always have fond memories of the things we left behind.

To help illustrate this narrative, the four stamps are arranged in a sequence similar to a comic strip, corresponding to the letters’ contents. The emotive illustrations and typography of the letters assists in providing context, communicating the narrative and creating distinctive identities for both characters.
